How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped out within two business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number when the order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally via UPS and DHL. We don’t provide USPS shipping options for international shipments (except to Canada and Mexico) since those shipments are often delayed, and the tracking is generally poor. If you require a shipping option that isn't provided, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
Be aware: international orders may incur additional import fees not covered by your quoted shipping rate.
Can you declare a lower value on my shipment?
Unfortunately, no. For international orders, customs laws mandate that we declare the actual value of goods sold.
Can I pick up my order in person? Where are you located?
Sure, you can pick up your order in person. Just select the “Local Pickup” delivery option when you check out. We will follow up with you when your order is ready. Keep in mind our building is normally locked, so in-person pickup will only be available during normal shop hours (which are typically 8am–3pm, M–F). We are located at 931 E. Main St., Suite 24, Madison, WI 53703.
Do you make custom wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or pre-terminated wires?
Sure! We love custom projects. Contact us and let us know a bit more about your needs and we'll let you know if we think Wire-Bot can handle it.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows 30 days for the return of items still in new, unused condition. This does not apply to cut-to-length wire or any custom-made items.
