Refund policy
Wire-Bot has a 30-day return request policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. Some of the items we sell are cut to length or custom made and are not available for return. All other item returns are at Wire-Bot’s discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, new and unused.
To start a return, please email wirebotwire@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you can send your return back to us. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the items are received by Wire-Bot and confirmed to be in new, unused condition, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost on the original payment method used.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Wire-Bot immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Immediate action will be taken by Wire-Bot to rectify any damage or mistakes made on our end.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
